TRANSPORT
Buses
SkyBus offers a shuttle bus
service from the airport to
Melbourne CBD and city
hotels. This service
operates 24 hours, 7 days.
Buses run every 15 minutes
throughout the day and every
30-60 minutes overnight.

the terminal to a wide
variety of destinations in
and around Melbourne.

Taxis
Taxis are
available from the ground
floor level of Melbourne
Airport. Expect to pay
around A$45 to A$60 for the
30 minute trip into the
centre of Melbourne.
An approximate $2 taxi
parking fee now applies at
Melbourne Airport. This fee only
applies to passengers
leaving Melbourne Airport
from a taxi rank. An approximate fee of $3
per vehicle pre-booked taxi
fee also applies for
passengers catching a taxi
from the Premium Parking
area opposite the
International Terminal.
PARKING
Melbourne
Airport has three car parks
that operate 24 hours a day,
with various parking options
to suit your needs
including; short term, long
term and business parking
stations
Short-Term parking
Short Term
Parking is located directly
opposite the international
terminal. The majority of
car spaces are undercover.
This parking is for people
greeting or seeing off
visitors who require parking
for a short time, as well as
for those travelling
domestically who require
parking for one day or less.
Quickies in the Car Park
For a nominal fee, you can park in
the Short Term Car Park for
up to 20 minutes. Why
drop-off or pick-up from the
kerb when you can park so
cheaply?
Long term parking
Melbourne
Airport's Long Term Car Park
offers parking positioned
close to all terminals. With
over 4,800 bays to choose
from you are guaranteed to
find a spot. Access to the
terminals is by a free
Courtesy Bus service,
running 24 hours every day,
departing approximately
every 20 minutes. As the
Courtesy Bus runs
continuously there is no
need to pre-book a pick-up
or drop-off.
Payment is through Automated
Kerbside Payment machines
located at the terminal
front. Alternatively,
customers can use convenient
Credit Card Express payment
system. Use your credit card
to enter the car park boom
gate, and then again at the
exit boom gate, with costs
charged directly to the
card. No need for tickets or
pay machines - quick and
easy.
Business parking
Conveniently
located opposite the Qantas
domestic terminal and
adjacent to the South
Terminal (used by Virgin
Blue and Regional Express),
Melbourne Airport's new
Business Car Park offers
sheltered car parking only
